The organization operates under the Secretary-General of the Thai Red Cross Society. Founded in 1982, in the area of the Sawangkaniwas Sanatorium, Samut Prakan Province, the place started its operation on April 15<sup>th<\/sup>, 1983. Her Royal HIghness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Siam Boromrajakumari\u00a0came to give an opening remark for the building of the Thai Red Cross Rehabilitation Center on May 17<sup>th<\/sup>, 1999.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Philosophy<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Ethics over service; thriving on rehabilitation medicine standard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Vision<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">To be the prototype of the first-ranked rehabilitation center for patients with disabilities of Thailand<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Mission<\/h3>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Providing standard rehabilitation services for patients with patient-centered approaches by respecting the rights of patients, maintaining impartiality, and delivering satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing academic services in cooperation with Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University\u00a0in teaching medical students\u00a0and residency training of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing academic services to promote research on rehabilitation medicine\u00a0for medical personnel and the public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing work in rehabilitation medicine\u00a0to be state-of-the-art, harmonized with the Thai society and improving the quality of life of the patients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disseminating knowledge\u00a0and innovation of rehabilitation medicine to the public to maintain good health\u00a0and prevent any causes of disabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Thai Red Cross Rehabilitation Center is the first rehabilitation center in Thailand with personnel in all fields of rehabilitation medicine.
